PORK TENDERLOIN
A delicious blend of mustards and herbs coat this perfectly roasted tenderloin served with a balsamic reduction. Accompanied by roasted new potatoes and a sautéed vegetable medley. Start with our Caesar salad and finish with a selection of our Specialty Cakes, including the Trianon, Opera Bastille and Tiramisu. - $35 per guest
SALMON EN CROUTE
Salmon filet in puff pastry with a creamy spinach lemon sauce, accompanied by honey glazed carrots and wild rice pilaf with pine nuts. Start with Mediterranean salad and finish with our fabulous Italian Cream Cake. - $45 per guest
ROASTED CHICKEN BREAST
Tender boneless skinless chicken breast marinated over night in extra virgin olive oil, fresh rosemary and garlic then baked. Accompanied by creamy spinach with Asiago and Gratin Dauphinois. PEPPERED FILET MIGNON
A universal favorite. Ours is smoked with peppercorns and served with horseradish cream, accompanied by twice baked potatoes and green beans almondine. Start with tomato, basil and fresh mozzarella salad and finish with The Ruby served individually! - $45 per guest
