The Main Street Bread Baking Company was born in October 2000 in the historic district of Grapevine, where owners Fabien Goury and Yasmine Bohsali found a welcoming spirit in the culturally rich downtown area.

News about the "neighborhood bakery" and its delicious desserts spread quickly throughout Grapevine, and soon we were providing desserts, pastries, and other baked goods to some of the elite hotels and restaurants in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

As business blossomed, people from around the DFW area began to stop by and enjoy a lunch in the spacious cafe inside the bakery and others took advantage of the catering and wedding packages. Word about the bakery continued to spread and in 2003, Fabien and Yasmine opened a second bakery in Plano.
